What follows is the infomation on the headstones at the cemetery exactly as it is now. Ridders Cemetery in Benton County, Oregon The father and mother are buried centrally in the cemetery with seven of their children, surrounded by a concrete border. (back row, left to right) LENA RIDDERS 1883 - 1940 GONE HOME FRANK RIDDERS 1885 - 1932 GONE HOME FATHER MOTHER GEORGE BERTHA 1828 - 1892 1848 - 1913 WE WILL MEET AGAIN RIDDERS MARY RIDDERS 1874 - 1923 GONE HOME (front row, left to right) GERHARD RIDDERS 1872 - 1890 GONE HOME FRANK RIDDERS 1867 - 1880 GONE HOME LIZZIE RIDDERS 1888 - 1911 GONE HOME ADELINE RIDDERS 1879 - 1916 GONE HOME Outside and directly north of the concrete border is a small stone marked "BABY." Outside of the concrete border and in the northwest corner of the cemetery (left to right): SYLVESTER SON OF JOHN AND CLARA RIDDERS BORN FEB. 14, 1906 DIED MAY 26, 1909 GONE TO BE AN ANGEL CLARA WIFE OF JOHN RIDDERS BORN AUG. 31, 1883 DIED FEB. 15, 1906 Outside of the concrete border and in the southeast corner of the cemetery: JOHN LOY 1848 - 1907 Again, thank you for your interest and efforts to preserve the history of Oregon's pioneer families.
